Refund Policy
Cancellations:
You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.
Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, your item must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Some health and personal care items are non-returnable.
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@partygoparty.com with your order details and reason for return.
- We will provide instructions on where to send your return.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within a certain amount of days and credited back to your original payment method.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged product, you have 72 hours to contact us at support@partygoparty.com.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If not, the gift giver will be notified of your return.
Shipping:
You are responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Consider using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items (over $75). We are not liable for lost returns.
